Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Deposits & Payments
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your appointment slot and will be applied toward your final balance on the day of service. Appointments without a deposit are not considered confirmed.
